Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville collaborates with the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville to offer a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology, with state-of-the-art facilities which includes our stem cell transplant program and comprehensive programs in hemophilia, sickle cell disease, neuro-oncology, survivorship, and vascular malformations. We are the only comprehensive pediatric hematology/oncology center in northeast Florida covering the region of Southern Georgia, west to Tallahassee, down to Daytona Beach as well as welcoming national and international referrals. The fellowship program provides both intensive clinical and research experience with the goal to complete a successful fellow-initiated project over the three years of training. This program is accredited through the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, or ACGME.
Our program is a collaborative effort between the major pediatric institutions in Jacksonville: the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville, Nemours Children's Specialty Care, Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital. We are proud to be able to train future leaders in the field.
We’re redefining children’s health by looking beyond and improving children’s health where it starts — at home, in the community and anywhere you find children. Nemours Children's Health. Well beyond medicine.
