Our program emphasizes quality improvement and healthcare transformation, mentorship and career development. Benefiting from individualized mentorship, structured guidance in academic development, subspecialty, and career planning, diverse practice settings with rotations at the academic center, pediatric hospital, VA hospital, and a county hospital with level 1 trauma within an affordable medium Midwest city. Residents have strong research support including dedicated time in their 4th year.
