Tufts Medical Center, the primary teaching hospital of the Tufts University School of Medicine, offers a two-year ACGME accredited residency in Thoracic Surgery. The program accepts one resident per year. All individuals who have completed the program have successfully passed the examination of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. The goal of the program is to produce the finest surgeon leaders of the future.
