Fellows typically have one year of intensive clinical training followed by 2-3 years of research training in basic, clinical or translational research. Our program encourages four years of fellowship for individuals interested in developing an academic career as a physician scientist. - We are particularly pleased to also offer the certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in liver transplantation and liver disease as a 4th year fellowship option. This allows our fellows to focus specifically on
