Georgetown is an academic Level 4 NICU with a high-risk inborn service and an active, fellow-led neonatal transport service. Our NICU provides ECMO, iNO, HFJV, whole body cooling, pediatric surgery, and pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty services. Program objectives are expert care of critically ill newborns, skill in designing/conducting research, and excellence in teaching. Educational opportunities include training in biostatistics/research methodology, genomics, bioethics, and ECMO.
