Extremely diverse clientele, wide catchment area, residents will perform more procedures than most due to the lack of competition with fellows, set aside time to prepare for OKAPs each year. Community and its surroundings offer much for entertainment: food, museums, theatre, concerts, New York State Fair, downtown events.
