The University of Chicago is a tertiary care facility with patients that are difficult to diagnose and treat. CNP has a strong history of the UofC in disease-related research including the discovery of REM sleep. Our trainees become academic leaders in basic and clinical research. We have state-of-the-art outpatient and inpatient facilities that house the CNP laboratory, EMU and clinical care units. We have outstanding faculty who are dedicated educators and full-time academic physicians.
