Our program is fully accredited by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) for a three-year combined fellowship program which, on successful completion, leads to board eligibility for both Hematology and Oncology. The primary site of fellowship training is Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute which is the only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center in metro Detroit and one of just 54 such centers in the United States.
