Special Features

The UTHSC Internal Medicine Program at our institution's flagship campus in Memphis, TN. Our residents rotate through 3 hospitals and care for extremely high acuity patients. Both the burden of chronic disease and impact of social determinants of health are prominent and our training experience benefits from extreme pathology and broad variety of internal medicine exposure. A '3+1' curriculum provides balance across all three years. 60% of our residents match into a fellowship program.
