Special Features
We are a patient and resident focused program that prioritizes excellent care to a vulnerable population, resident autonomy, and nimble leadership to address resident needs. A significant portion of our faculty are graduating residents who choose to stay due to our great environment. We also have a unique schedule that allows for 507 days off per 28 days on our intensive rotations (nights, ICU, floors).
