Kalamazoo- a friendly city, with lower cost of living and WMed residents train in 2 - tertiary referral hospitals located in Kalamazoo with high acuity patient volumes and closed ICU environments. IM residents are among over 260 residents/fellows training in a University System with WMU Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine right here. Large Sim Lab, Global Health, POCUS training, Osteopathic Recognition option, Interprofessional training and clinical experiences. Teaching/Leadership development.
