Special Features

Based in an urban safety net community hospital, our Internal Medicine Residency Program trains resident physicians to provide care to a large underserved population with cultural humility. Combining hands-on procedural training in our Sim Lab and ICU with ACP based didactics, our challenging curriculum emphasizes evidence-based and cost -effective patient care designed to prepare graduates for fellowship, hospitalist and outpatient practice. ERAS supplemental app encouraged.
