College Medical Center offers a resident-driven Internal Medicine experience with strong inpatient exposure. Caring for a large psychiatric population provides complex medical cases and sharpens clinical skills. With no fellows, residents gain meaningful autonomy, procedural opportunities, and direct teaching from attendings across specialties, including nephrology and critical care.
