Spartanburg Family Medicine Residency is a community-based program distinguished by its full spectrum training in a diverse patient population. Residents can tailor their training by participating in Osteopathic Recognition or one of our many other tracks including Lifestyle Medicine, Obstetrics, Rural Health, Hospitalist Medicine, Sports Medicine, Wound Care, and more.
