Robust didactics program, small program with 1:1 time with attendings. Vast number of unique pathologies of patients which residents will have the ability to develop case reports. We had 3 case report posters make it to the ACP National meeting due to uniqueness of the cases. No call system but night float. Sub-specialty and inpatient rotations broke into 3 years to avoid one long year of inpatient and avoid burnout. Wellness events coordinated by residents.
