Special Features

Idaho Falls is located in Southeastern Idaho along the Snake River near Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Skiing, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, and boating are all within 30 miles of the hospital! Residents train at EIRMC, a 325-bed facility, and Community Family Clinic. EIRMC is a level 2 trauma center, and we are proud of our Level 3 NICU, and our region's only PICU. EIRMC balances a love of the outdoors with outstanding opportunities for learning in medicine!
