UAB's Palliative Care Fellowship offers a rich, interprofessional training experience with broad clinical exposure to diverse patient populations-across age groups, diagnoses, and care settings. Fellows engage in self-care, scholarship, and communication curricula, and workshops designed to deepen holistic care, explore team roles in end-of-life care, and strengthen ethical decision-making-preparing compassionate, collaborative leaders ready to serve with skill and empathy in any care setting.
